Under Slung Crane

An Under Slung Crane, also known as an underslung or under-hung crane, is a type of overhead crane where the hoist and trolley are suspended beneath the runway beams rather than on top. The runway beams are typically supported from the ceiling structure, allowing the crane to move along the length of the facility without taking up floor space. This design is ideal for environments with limited headroom or where existing roof structures can support the crane's load. Under Slung Cranes are often used in light to medium-duty applications such as manufacturing, warehousing, and assembly lines. They offer flexible installation, efficient space utilization, and smooth handling of materials in areas with spatial constraints.
